Full Member and Associate Clubs
To Become An Associate Member Club of the ARV....
1. Have five or more people
interested in forming Associate Member Club.
2. Have a club name. Preferably the name chosen
should not cover too great geographical area
(e.g., Pacific Coast Club would not be advisable).
The following documents/dues should be sent to the
Business Administrator
3. All club members must belong to the ARV.
4. One time initiation fee of $75.00.
5. Must contact the ARV Regional Director in your area.

To Become a Full Member Club of the ARV
1. Must meet all requirements of Associate Member
Club.
2. Put on a practice show and ZTP attended by the
Regional Director or a qualified person designated by
him. All ARV rules for the shows and ZTP's must be
followed, including the paperwork. A written
report, together with his recommendations, will be sent
to the Executive Board by the attending Regional
Director or designated person. A vote will be
taken a the next Board meeting.

Individual Club Annual Requirement
To maintain your club's Full Member status
annually a club must summit each of the following, by
November 1st of each year.
1. Submit officer list.
2. Submit member list (all must be ARV members).
3. Hold one ARV function per year.
If paperwork is not in by November 1st, the club
will have to re-apply for the ARV status and pay
initiation dues again.
