ARV Membership Renewal and Dues
Please add a $10.00 Reactivation Fee for dues submitted ...
1) after January 31st, 2002; or
2) if your membership has expired.
The initiation fee of $10.00 is in addition to the membership fee of $35.00 and is paid one time only by new members when first joining ARV.
New Member ARV Membership Fee: $45.00
Annual Membership Fee Renewals: $35.00
Foreign: Same as above, plus postage determined by location.

Further, the undersigned agrees that any dispute between the undersigned and the ARV, its officers, board of directors, employees, contractees, and/or member clubs, shall be handled first by review of the ARV Board of Directors; any continuing issues that may remain are to be settled by arbitration with no right of appeal. The ARV has the sole right to select and appoint select said arbitrator and the venue and jurisdiction. Should the undersigned bring suit against the ARV, its officers, board of directors, and/or member clubs, in violation of this agreement, said member agrees by signature below that she/he shall pay any and all fees and costs of the prevailing party or parties.
Further, the undersigned agrees that she/he shall act at all times with the strictest adherence to the ideals of integrity and sportsmanship in an effort to promote and fairly represent the ARV.
Further, the undersigned acknowledges that membership in the ARV may be terminated at any time, in the Board of Directors' discretion, for violation of this agreement or the rules and regulations of the ARV.
Further, the undersigned agrees that she/he shall not breed Rottweilers with disqualifying faults according to the standard adopted by the ARV.
Clubs are required to submit an updated listing of club officers' and members'.

Membership Reminder Postcards will be mailed out in November
On the Address Label it will say membership renewed in (applicable date) so you will know when your membership was renewed.
Return them as soon as possible - you don't want to miss getting your ARV Magazine.
