Forming an ARV Club

Becoming An Associate Member Club

1) Have Five or more people interested in forming an Associate Member Club.

2) Have a club name. The name of the club should not cover too
great a geographical area (e.g., Pacific Northwest).

3) All Club members must belong the the ARV.

4) Club annual dues are $75.00 (non-renewable).

5) Must have a Constitution and Bylaws.

6) Must contact the Regional Director of their area.

7) Must contact Kelly Shipman, Business Administrator, 360-687-9463 arvshowsec@gmail.com

8) Kelly will advise you of the necessary paperwork which must be submitted along with the requisite fees.


Becoming A Full Member Club

9) In addition to meeting all of the above, an associate member club would then:

i) Put on a practice Sieger show, BBT and Ztp attended by the Regional Director
or a designate of the Regional Director;

ii) ARV show rules and guidelines must be followed - Contact: Larry Lackey;

iii) There are a number of administrative forms such as the judge request form,
the show critiques and so on which you can get from Larry Lackey, Business Administrator; and

iv) Following the practice show, a written report together with the Regional Director's recommendations will be sent to the Executive Board where a vote will be taken allowing the club to become a full member club. In addition, the club must submit to the Editor and Publisher a show report, the results, and photographs to be printed in the ARV Magazine.
